This website is operated by Royal Desi Snacks, registered at 14 Gandhi Maidan Road, Patna, Bihar 800004, India. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Royal Desi", they mean that business.

By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you receive the order acknowledgement.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. Where we do, you are refunded in full and promptly.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
• Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
• If an item is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching rather than silently cancelling.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), dairy, tree nuts and coconut. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact between these, and you should not rely on our products if you have a severe allergy to any of them.

Full ingredient and allergen declarations are printed on every pack and shown on each product page. Nutritional values are typical values per 100 g and may vary slightly between batches, which is a normal characteristic of handmade food.

Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice. If you are managing a health condition, please consult a qualified professional.

Each pack carries a packing date and a best-before date. Store the contents in a dry, airtight container away from sunlight and heat, and do not refrigerate — condensation will spoil the texture.

We are not able to accept quality claims where the product has been stored contrary to the instructions on the pack.

• All text, photography, recipes, branding and code on this site belong to Royal Desi and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
• You may not scrape, mirror or systematically extract content from this site.
• You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or other users’ access to it.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed occasions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
