Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are baked, packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders after that cut-off, or on Sundays and public holidays, go out on the next working day.

Festival weeks (Diwali, Holi and Chhath Puja) are the exception. Made-to-order items such as Gujiya may need 7–10 days of lead time, and we will tell you the exact date at checkout rather than after you have paid.

• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–3 working days.
• Rest of India, including tier-2 and tier-3 cities: 4–6 working days.
• Remote pin codes and the North East: up to 8 working days.
• International — UAE, Singapore and the United Kingdom: 7–12 working days by tracked courier.

Orders of ₹499 or more ship free anywhere in India. Below that threshold a flat ₹59 contribution towards courier costs is added at checkout — this is what we pay, not a margin.

International shipping is quoted at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

The moment your parcel leaves our kitchen you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page at any time.

Tracking information can take up to 12 hours to become active after dispatch while the courier scans the parcel into its network. If it has been longer than that, please contact us.

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply where the address or contact number provided was incorrect.

We are not able to control weather events, strikes or courier network disruptions. Where a delay is caused by such an event we will keep you informed and, if the delay makes the order pointless (a festival gift arriving after the festival), we will refund it in full.

Every product is nitrogen-flushed and heat-sealed, then packed in a rigid corrugated carton with paper-based cushioning. We do not use plastic bubble wrap or thermocol.

If your parcel arrives crushed or the seal is broken, do not throw the packaging away — photograph it and contact us within 48 hours and we will replace the order free of charge.
